Nut
Brown Ale
Don't be intimidated by the rich walnut color. Our "flagship"
brew, it's a very social drink and goes great with all
types of food.
Honey
Pils
This golden beer is refreshing, boldly crisp, full bodied,
yet not overwhelmingly bitter.
Innovation is the hallmark of truly our most unique product. This beer alivens and refreshes your tastebuds.
Rhoades'
Scholar Stout
Our only named beer to date. Its' honorary status is in
tribute to its' designer, Allen Rhoades, a fellow brewer
who captured a blue ribbon at the Western Washington State
Fair when it was entered as a homebrew.
We firmly believe that the
contents of our beers are derived from only the finest ingredients.
Grains produced in the rich fields of the upper Midwest. Hops
gathered from the world renowned growin region of the Norhtwes
US. Delectable honey from our own backyard. Select yeast strains
to enhance stylistic character. Last but not least, water
from the great Lake Superior. This combination produces products
with much more flavor and color than familiar domestics.
