A special sour ale brewed to for a wedding celebration. American Style Wheat with Agave Nectar. American wheat beers are some of the most approachable beers in the craft beer world, and the versatility of wheat beer allows it to be combined with a variety of ingredients or enjoyed on its own alongside a wide variety of food options. The sizable portion of wheat malt used to brew wheat beer lends a lighter, distinctive experience compared to beers brewed with barley exclusively.

The beautiful maple syrup aroma and flavor come through in beer with the orange hues coming from the balance of Vienna and specialty malts. Fairly simple in stylistic terms, a very basic ale fermentation and short cellaring time.  Being true to the word “harvest”, we are using locally produced maple syrup (at the rate of almost a quarter ounce of syrup per glass!) ​

Named after a local single-track mountain bike trail on Mt. Ashwabay. This traditional American style blonde ale has a blend of Wisconsin Honey, Cascade hops, Munich Malts and English Yeast to make this beer very approachable to most craft beer enthusiasts.
