Dark Days IPA

6.3% ABV || 55 IBU

Our newest recipe uses a heaping helping of Wisconsin grown Cascade hops to spice up a slightly roasty, ebony colored ale. Influenced by the insatiable demand for hoppy brews, this beer has a spectacular aroma and a signature hoppy finish. The malt profile was achieved by using a combination of Midnight Wheat® and Chocolate malt. Consider this a great marriage between our APA and our Porter.
